Disinformation follows

The story with “Moscow” is supplemented with new details, each more interesting than the previous ones.

“Moskva” according to the characteristics is a powerful ship, but in reality it is hopelessly, long and deeply outdated and had extremely weak short-range air defense and problems with the air defense system as a whole, says the director of the Center for Comprehensive European and International Studies at the National Research University Higher School of Economics, an expert of the Russian Council for International Affairs Vasily Kashin.

The cruiser did not take a serious part in the current special operation, since it was impossible to fire at ground targets with its cruise missiles, the expert adds.

“Three project 1164 cruisers – Moskva, Marshal Ustinov and Varyag – were a kind of white elephants that Russia could send to participate in international exercises to ensure a permanent presence off the coast of Syria. Since they had great autonomy, they looked impressive,” continues Kashin. “For the cruiser“ Moskva ”, long before the special operation, the issue of its“ sending to pins and needles ”was resolved. Therefore, if the crew managed to be saved, then the loss of this ship is a loss only in terms of prestige, in practice it changes little for Russia, ”Kashin believes. Damage to the Moskva is a strong argument in favor of the accelerated decommissioning of old Soviet large ships, he is sure, specifying that we are talking about the Admiral Kuznetsov and two other cruisers of project 1164, as well as large anti-submarine ships of project 1155. “It is still possible to use heavy nuclear project 1144 missile cruisers with their deep modernization, but the rest must be disposed of, ”concluded Kashin.

It turns out that the “flagship of the Black Sea Fleet”, “the pride of Russia” and “the vessel that Putin personally visited” is a coffin without wheels, which the Russians themselves wanted to dispose of, and the Ukrainians simply helped them in this.

Yesterday was more interesting – yesterday “Moskva” burned down from a cigarette. From one cigarette. What about the security system? Why can a billion dollar flagship be burned with a cigarette?

Tomorrow it will turn out that the Russians sank the Moskva on purpose so that the Ukrainians would not steal the ship for scrap.
