Russia is turning into one big Vorkuta – they don’t want to live here, they don’t want to work here, they don’t even want to be here. Apple, Microsoft, Google… Leading companies shaping the civilized world are fleeing a sinking ship. Whether they are rats or not is a matter of judgmental mentality. But we do not have a platform for disputes, so we propose to focus on a specific problem – it is almost impossible to keep track of every foreign business leaving Russia.

Diffbot created a software instance that tracks companies that apply sanctions. To check whether a source is trustworthy or not, Diffbot assigns a score to each domain and combines information from different resources.

There have been many attempts to create such a system. But take, for example, the lists compiled by the media – there are a lot of mistakes. And various projects like opensanctions.org clearly cannot cope with the frantic flow of messages.
