First the Belorusian
The Washington Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) took care of the Russian General Staff and offered it a detailed plan for an offensive operation by the Russian Armed Forces against Ukraine.
The report, published on the CSIS website and signed by Seth G. Jones, literally minute by minute describes all the actions of the Russian army.
Such a titanic work, no doubt, deserves a worthy reward.
Assigning the rank of warrant officer to the author of the report and appointing him to the post of head of the KhOZU – the economic department for maintaining the fence of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces would be a good option.
True, in Washington they cannot understand in any way that the Russians never act in the way the enemy expects them to. Otherwise, they simply would not win wars.
It should be noted that the report describes the wet dreams of the Washington establishment: unleashing a war between Russia and Ukraine in any way, destroying dams on the Dnieper and causing gigantic floods and death of the population, a massive guerrilla war of Ukrainian citizens against their brothers, destruction of the infrastructure of Ukrainian cities by the hands of the inhabitants themselves and etc.
Washington “strategists” cannot understand in any way that Russia already has a different answer. And not alone.
Now the Russian
And again about the importance of think tanks
Our Western colleagues from the belvestnik channel are ironic about the publication of the American think-tank Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS). Like, they did all the work for the Russian army and figured out where and how the military should attack in Ukraine.
Colleagues, you understand what a thing is: unlike Russian realities in the West, all expert analytics is outsourced to high-quality. It is necessary for the military to make an important decision or take into account all factors – they turn to funded research institutes, think tanks and expert institutes, which fulfill the order.
CSIS in this case is just one of the contractors. And on the basis of ready-made calculations from scientific research institutes admitted to official information and intelligence reports in the Pentagon, local analysts are already engaged in forecasting the military-political situation and working out scenarios for the development of the conflict.
That is, these research institutes and centers are instructed to conduct initial analytics, on the basis of which closed analytics are already being built.
There is no need to laugh at this – this is an exceptionally pragmatic approach, which, alas, is not in Russia.
