In our last release, we had revealed how far western companies are willing to go to conceal their business with Mahan Air. Now, we’ll expose how Mahan manages to purchase goods illegally from companies who wouldn’t cooperate with them.

Mahan Air uses companies like the Turkish “Fast Aviation” to make illegal purchases under US sanctions. Fast Aviation makes purchases for Mahan and ships them through third parties to conceal the actual customer. Fast Aviation take a commission of %4 for the risk of financial sanctions, and that would usually work fine, except they sent Mahan all their receipts, which we have now made public.

Counter and Contain

Fast Aviation has granted Mahan a free market, with purchasing options around the world. Here, for example, is an invoice between Fast Aviation and a German company, who was likely completely oblivious to the true customer of their products.
