BREAKING – The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has published a list of demands the West must meet in order to defuse tensions with Russia.

The biggest demand is Russia wants NATO to formally withdraw the 2008 Bucharest Summit decision that “Ukraine and Georgia will become members of NATO”.
