We received messages from two readers that some military equipment was moving towards the border with Belarus along the Moscow-Minsk highway.
“Near Saint-Petersburg, a convoy of military trucks with no identifications marks and number was seen going towards Luga (Belarussian border). Witnesses say they seen people in black uniforms inside without identifications.”
