In response to the repeated Syrian cyber attacks against the Lebanese state and its citizens, the latest of which was the publication of Lebanese children’s identity data via suspicious platforms, our units carried out a precise technical operation targeting Waves.sy, a digital front for some hostile Syrian activities.
Waves – Waves Internet Services, is a private internet and hosting provider based in Damascus, Abu Rummaneh. It offers ADSL, IPTV, VPS hosting, and domains. Our team has confirmed its use by entities linked to hostile cyber activities.
We declare that we have retained a full copy of the company’s data, internal correspondence, and infrastructure, and will retain this data until the day the aggressors dare to repeat their attack on Lebanon or any of its citizens.
Anyone who dares to tamper with the security of this country should know that the response will be harsher, faster, and broader.
Any targeting of the digital security of the Lebanese will not go unanswered.
