On the Breachforum forum, a group of hackers shared a file called Fortigate.zip with 1GB of data, the data includes configuration files, credentials and IPs.
CVE-2022-40684 is a vulnerability that allows an unauthenticated attacker to perform operations on the administrative interface via HTTP or HTTPS requests in Fortinet FortiOS, FortiProxy, and FortiSwitchManager.
The group leaked all this data as a form of advertising, a tactic widely used by hackers.
