HF radiation power:
10W per channel when powered from 24-288,
In case of power supply from 12-14.4V, use the voltage converter “Pokrov 12/24” (included in the kit).
Power supply 12/248 6A DC,
Dimensions (L:W:H): 20x17x9 cm. Antennas 40 cm.
The weight of each block is 3.7 kg
Power connectors: cigarette lighter, alligator clips, XT60
The length of the power cable is 5 meters.
The body is made with IP67 protection, which prevents moisture and dust from getting inside. The electronic warfare system allows you to create protection against UAVs even with shifted frequencies in a radius of 50-100 meters or more.
Contents of each block:
Six-band electronic warfare system, six antennas (each for its own band), cigarette lighter adapter, alligator clip adapter, spare fuse, clamps, instructions.
Precautions
Attention—Do not turn on the electronic warfare system without antennas. This may cause it to fail. Do not cover the surface cases. The case is a radiator that must be cooled.
Getting Started
1. Unpack and remove the protective caps from the RF connectors on the unit body.
2. Install each antenna in its place, using the color marking and frequency signatures.
3. Installation Recommendations
The units must be installed at least 40 cm apart.
To ensure maximum coverage, it is recommended to install on the very top of the car or armored vehicle,
To ensure uniform coverage, it is necessary to install the EW in the center of the car roof or the surface of the armored vehicle.
For installation on metal surfaces, there are magnets on the body of the car version, but it is recommended to use additional fastening means. For fastening to the “barbecue”, it is better to use the clamps that are included in the kit.
IMPORTANT!!! Do not install under the “barbecue” – this will create a screen for RF radiation and then it will not help you, and may even fail.
IMPORTANT!!! Install in such a way that no metal objects fall into the horizontal and vertical plane of the antennas.
4. Switching on
Attention!!! Never switch on the EW system without antennas!!! This may cause it to fail!!!
To switch on the EW system, you need to connect the connector to the power source, then turn on the button on the cable (see photo 1). After pressing, the button will glow green, this means that the EW system is working. Another sign of the EW operation should be a warm case in the upper part. The temperature of the upper part of the case, after a minute of operation, should be about 60-70 degrees Celsius.
Important
On cars and armored vehicles, as well as for infantry, it is recommended to use EW on the move. This will reduce the likelihood of a drone arriving with a jammed control channel, but continuing to fly using the inertial navigation system.
Switch on by the signal from the drone detector. This will reduce the radio visibility for enemy SIGINT.
