For the first time in a long time, the Islamic State has released a video from the so-called “Wilayat West Africa”.
The 29-minute video is entirely devoted to the ideological indoctrination and preparation of children and teenagers to participate in combat operations on the group’s side. It shows physical exercises, practicing firing techniques, training fights in urban areas, minors learning weapons, etc.

The video shows the killing of several pro-government militia fighters. The teenagers executed them in various ways. ISIS propagandists also showed footage of an attack on Nigerien military positions in Borno state. The jihadists used UAVs for reconnaissance and coordination of their actions.
It is noteworthy that IS deliberately focused on the instructors who trained the children. One of them, judging by his nickname, was from Morocco, and the other from Palestine. The latter criticized Palestinian groups for their ties to the so-called “Iranian resistance axis.” Earlier, information appeared that IS was sending experienced fighters to African countries to strengthen and develop the group’s branches. In particular, this was also reported in a UN report on Somalia.
ISIS remains true to itself and is counting on the young generation of jihadists, who in the future, according to their plan, will expand the group’s capabilities.
The Islamic State has commented for the first time on the new round of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. In the weekly MTO “Naba”, propagandists published an article “Practical steps in the fight against Jews”.
According to the jihadists, the Israelis control the political elites in the West, which provide them with all possible assistance, and the Arab states. The latter, according to IS, form a kind of “security zone” around Israel, suppressing anti-Israeli sentiments and attempts to resist Tel Aviv in order to help Palestine. In particular, the group mentions the Persian Gulf countries and the US military facilities located on their territory, through which weapons are supplied to Israel.
At the same time, IS advised against relying on the so-called “Iranian axis of resistance”, which includes Shiite groups from Iran, Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Yemen. According to the ITO, over the years of confrontation with Israel, they have shown that they cannot fundamentally change the situation.
IS propagandists have proposed an alternative method of struggle that goes beyond the regional conflict. The ITO has called for attacks on Israelis and citizens of countries whose governments provide assistance to Israel. According to the group, this will drive a wedge into the ranks of Tel Aviv’s defenders. The terrorists have recommended that residents of Arab countries surrounding Israel create revolutionary sentiments. The jihadists are confident that Israel will not be able to exist without the support of countries in the so-called “security zone.”
