“Amur” of project 22800, codename “Karakurt”

The new small missile ship “Amur” of project 22800, codename “Karakurt,” was accepted into the Russian Navy.

To repel air attacks, including unmanned aerial vehicles, the Amur is equipped with the Pantsir-M complex.

The zones of destruction of the Pantsir-M air defense missile system:

• – missile weapons with a range of 1,500-20,000 m;
• – missile weapons at altitude – 2-15000 m;
• – artillery weapons in range – 500-4000 m;
• – artillery weapons at altitude – 0-3000 m.
