After a 32% drop and a loss of $25-30 billion in value: investors are suing Crowdstrike.
A lawsuit was filed against the Crowdstrike company in the Texas court claiming that the company was not transparent with the investors and this after the CEO of the company claimed in March that the software undergoes checks and tests before releasing versions.
It is not known at this stage what the amount of the claim is.
At the same time, Delta Airlines, which claimed to have lost at least half a billion dollars as a result of the malfunction, also hired lawyers in preparation for filing a lawsuit and requesting compensation from Crowdstrike.
Guess this is just the tip of the iceberg of what’s in store for Crowdstrike.
