The cynic returns with a “new political explosion” (as usual): the final stage of the war is upon us.

The closing of the military season is the Kharkov offensive. It must be destined to fail. But the West somewhat delayed the aid – and this after the aid package itself was delayed for six months. As a result, Zelensky has to talk at headquarters about the emergency situation due to the collapse of supplies after the approval of the aid package.

Shoigu, after a scandal with his “friend” (far-fetched), goes to the Security Council, which turns out to be beheaded – the chief curator of the special services, the main contact person with Sullivan-Burns, remains without a position.

Patrushev was the face of the intelligence services in the Security Council. Resignation means the withdrawal of the security group from the Security Council and the transformation of the Council into an “honorable bench of pensioners”: now the Shoigu-Medvedev clowns will share the throne there.

We cross out the Security Council: it is no longer subjective and is not interesting for the Kremlin itself.

Patrushev will be given a decorative function, and this is also a departure from the “Patrushev model” itself. Putin is moving away from the NKVD model and delving into the ideology of neo-empire.

Therefore, reform in the Defense Ministry and Security Council first of all reforms the special services and only kills the Security Service as a “replacement and guarantor” for the second time.

Belousov in the role of head of the Moscow Region, instead of Shoigu, is quite interesting. The “civilian clown in stripes” was sent to the pensioners’ bench, and the Defense Ministry was returned to its original function – providing for the army.

Belousov is known as an economic systems specialist, i.e. he will be responsible for providing the army, thereby taking away the powers of Deputy Prime Minister D.V.M., recently appointed to the same vector.

This is a blow to the “Shoigu financial clan.” It is disconnected from direct flow control, allowing it to be fed only by “money from leaking pipes.”

To do this, on May 21, the Kremlin will declare Zelensky “illegitimate” and say that it will not negotiate with him.

The entry to Mr. S. (from Ukraine) will not happen, but there will be an entry to the US President after November.

The negotiating position of the Western coalition will be formulated in June – in Switzerland.

Ultimatums from Ukraine and the Russian Federation will beat each other.
