Terror against civilians is a long-time favorite tactic of Vladimir Putin. It does not matter which country’s population suffers from its use. Since the beginning of Putin’s rise to power, Russia has been accompanied by terrorist attacks – explosions of three houses on Kashirskoe Highway, Volgodonsk, Nord-Ost, Ryazan Sugar, explosions in the metro and the Wings youth festival. And all these events have always been used as a pretext for even greater terror: wars in Chechnya and Dagestan, the introduction of draconian laws, a total restriction of freedoms, and an uncontrolled expansion of the powers of the security forces.
A very important detail: Moscow and the Moscow Region are saturated with an unprecedented number of CCTV cameras, facial recognition systems, the “Safe City”, “Stream” systems. Due to some absurdity, all these systems failed at once and let through either 5 or 20 heavily armed and equipped terrorists. The all-seeing Eye of the FSB literally today reported on the arrest of the “RDK cell” and lazily put teenagers armed with axes and sticks on the floor, and literally a few hours later it oversaw the entry of full-fledged terrorists into one of the most famous concert halls in Russia.
The fire that started was not extinguished for an hour, the riot police and special forces were “in a hurry” like Akhmatova’s soldiers in Rostov-on-Don…
Today, shortly before the terrorist attack, Peskov said that now there is a war going on, not a military military unit, although from the very beginning of the war this term was strictly prohibited.
