There are advantages for participants – you can “vote” for Putin even after death
The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine informs:
The leadership of the Russian Ministry of Defense allowed military personnel who take part in “their” to vote for Putin without even appearing at the “polling stations.” This makes it much easier for “election commissions” to falsify the results.
To confirm your identity, you do not need a passport or military ID – photocopies of documents are sufficient.
Thus, Russian “electoral commissions” will try to increase the number of Putin’s voters by attracting the so-called “dead souls” to “vote.”
In particular, to the number of “voted” persons, along with existing military personnel, they also plan to add those who have recently died, gone missing or been captured.
The Kremlin is implementing a whole range of measures to fictitiously conduct the so-called “Russian Presidential elections”. Although it is obvious to everyone that neither the fact of these elections nor their results are a means of legitimizing Putin’s rule.
