On the night of February 29th, the roof of the building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Sosnovy Bor, Leningrad Region, at the address Borovaya 18, caught fire. Independent media write about a “wiring malfunction,” as a result of which the fire covered 100 square meters of the roof.
What kind of wiring was in the attic, why it was under load at night, and how almost the entire roof caught fire from a supposed point source is not explained by the official version.
