“Important stories”: cases of sabotage have become more frequent in the FSB due to Putin’s ban on dismissal from service during mobilization
The ban on the dismissal of military personnel introduced by Vladimir Putin during the mobilization decree led to the fact that FSB officers began to sabotage the work. “Important Stories” write about this with reference to intelligence officers.
According to the publication’s interlocutor, his colleagues – those who wanted to quit – began to imitate work and ignore instructions from management. “If management comes in, some answer directly: ‘If you don’t like the way we work, fire us,’” he said.
A current employee of the central office of the FSB said that many of his colleagues “have a similar mood: how to quietly sit out until retirement, * (do) nothing and not get into anything.”
This situation, according to the interlocutors of Important Stories, has led to the fact that the leadership of the FSB is increasingly forced to entrust complex tasks to unqualified employees.
