The subject together with his accomplices organized criminal group for the purpose of attacking citizens and committing recruitment killings. The subject financed the a/m criminal group at the expense of funds received from commercial organizations controlled by him, and also searched for objects for attack from among business partners. In 2006 the subject had a conflict with co-founder of LLC “Fortuna-Impulse” Kurbanov A.M. due to an increase in the share of profit. As a result of a/m conflict the subject decided to kill Kurbanov A.M. The subject supplied his accomplices with handgun IZH-70 converted by homemade method, suitable for firing shots, and information concerning the victim. On 15.04.2007 the subject`s accomplices committed murder of Kurbanov A.M. by five shots in the head and torso of the victim.
