The electronic warfare of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s “Guardian Shield of the Province 1402” began with the code of Yahsin (AS) and with the operational training and evaluation of all types of fixed, mobile, ground-based and air-based electronic warfare systems.

▪️ In this specialized exercise, the electronic support operation of the air base was implemented by the fighters and manned and unmanned birds of the Air Force; Also, the electronic defense systems located in the general exercise area also successfully implemented passive defense and electronic defense operations against drones and small attacking drones.

Identification and orientation of radio and data communications, execution of group destruction operations by micro-birds and radar electronic protection operations and disruption and deception of ground-based radar using a variety of tactical and disruptive systems were also another part of the scenarios implemented in this joint exercise.

▪️Also, the implementation of aerial interception operations using Air Force fighters and the implementation of static disruption and deception operations using Havaniroz attack helicopters were also another part of the programs implemented in this exercise.

Conducting radar and electronic protection interference and deception operations by five unmanned aerial vehicles (Ababil 3, 4 and 5 and Kaman 12) and cruise missile navigation deception operations by air-based and land-based platforms in the joint electronic warfare exercise “Sapar Hafizan Velayat 1402” The army was deployed.

The implementation of the “war game” by the electronic warfare experts of the operational bases of the Blue and Orange forces was also another part of this exercise.

▪️Also, on the sidelines of this exercise, a public assistance plan was implemented by various army units in some underprivileged areas and a meeting with a number of families of martyrs living in the general area of the exercise.

Parts of the joint electronic warfare exercise “Separ Hafizan Velayat 1402” of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army with the participation of the specialized electronic warfare units of the four forces of the army and the strategic forest of the army.

In this exercise, for the first time, the army carried out exercises against large-scale electronic warfare attacks and counterattacks against the enemy in an area as wide as the geographical sphere of Iran.
