Divine Eagle, China’s Enormous Stealth Hunting Drone, Takes Shape

In China, a rare “bird” was photographed in the sky not so long ago – one of the largest, if not the largest military UAV at the moment (according to satellite images, the wingspan is more than 40 meters) – the high-altitude twin-body UAV “Shendiao”\神雕(” Divine Eagle).

According to so far unverified rumors, it was adopted by the PLA under the index WZ-9 and, as far as is known , this project was developed as an early warning UAV. Naturally, the UAV in the final version is somewhat different from the early drawings with the concept of such an apparatus, but it retained its two-body design.
