We inform you that the “Guidelines for the protection of information from technical intelligence and its leakage through technical channels in the Kurgan Regional Duma” was adopted by the order of the Chairman of the Kurgan Regional Duma dated December 30, 2016 No. P-329. “Requirements for the technical protection of information containing information constituting a state secret” (approved by order of the FSTEC of Russia dated October 20, 2016 No. 025) and “Model of foreign technical intelligence for the period up to 2025” (approved by order of the FSTEC of Russia dated December 01, 2015 No. 047) were taken into account when developing sections: “Section III.
