Kartapolov called for a thorough analysis of what happened in order to develop the necessary countermeasures. According to him, the military is doing everything they are supposed to do: drones have not hit a single military or government facility and have not caused serious damage to residential buildings.
“This is an information campaign for the most part. It is designed for the fact that now a wave of panic will rise, they will start procrastinating the whole thing. It is important for us not to let this happen. This is an act of intimidation aimed at the civilian population,” the deputy said.
