The founders of the Alliance unanimously adopted a resolution, the essence of which is as follows:

RF should be eliminated
Territorial disputes between peoples will be resolved in a civilized way, including the participation of arbitration courts

The Alliance will consolidate and coordinate the efforts of the peoples to dismantle the Russian Federation, including the creation of a military committee to coordinate with foreign intelligence services and armies, as well as the coordination of national battalions and partisan forces

All other movements involved in the dismantling of the Russian Federation will be invited to the Alliance

Each member of the Alliance has its own strengths. For example, if the Chechens are strong in military and political experience, then the Chuvashs have succeeded in the digital world. Consolidation of different parties into a single force – multiplies the overall potential

Speaking about the prospects for the future of the Russian Federation, it is necessary to assess the forces that will participate in this future

Here I put the imperial liberals out of the brackets – since they have practically no support among people who are ready to risk themselves

RDK and the Civil Council – recognize the right to self-determination, and they are the only Russians that really fight against Putin on the Ukrainian front

THE FOUNDING CONFERENCE held on May 9 gave rise to the birth of the “ALLIANCE” of Free Peoples for the dismantling of Russia

At the very first meeting, proposals were received to expand the “ALLIANCE” and then include representatives of other movements fighting for independence

Concrete steps were proposed aimed at dismantling the Russian Federation, namely the creation of committees to decide diplomatic, political and military issues. As well as an arbitration court to resolve any internal contradictions

As a result, a resolution was signed, under which the following movements and representatives signed:
