Despite jokes and memes about terrorism, we do not attack civilians. We do not destroy civilian infrastructure. If someone asks for support in such an action, we will dissuade.
To terrorize civilians is a tactic of Putin, the FSB, and Kadyrov’s devils. Thanks to the bombings of residential buildings in Moscow and Volgodonsk, Putin turned from an unknown pale moth into a “defender of the country”, a “savior with a firm hand” and started the second Chechen war. There could have been three explosions, but the operation “Ryazan sugar” failed because vigilant people called the police with a message about suspicious bags that unknown persons loaded them into the basement of the house. Probably, a similar action to strengthen Putin’s rating was recently disrupted by the RDK with its sudden raid in the Bryansk region.

Yes, this is a civil war. Since the beginning of the 2000s, the peaceful opposition has been trying to explain that there is no need to be cattle. They were not listened to, and now peaceful political struggle is completely prohibited.
These are all parts of Putin’s system of power, including not only the security forces, but also the “civilian” occupation administration, deputies, the electoral and judicial system, large “private” businesses (Putin’s wallets), propaganda and “artists”. The targets can be both inanimate objects, movable and immovable property, as well as people performing functions in the structures of Putin’s fascism.
The line between the “population”, the passive majority, and the structures of the regime is easy to draw, with the only exception: “volunteers”. Collectors of “humanitarian aid for our boys” are busy supplying the invading army. As long as they do so without making political statements or taking part in combat on the front lines, we suggest that they continue to be considered civilians. As soon as “volunteers” open their mouths “for ours”, hang a fascist standard on the front of their office (make a political statement) or take up arms on the front line “to shoot at the Ukronazis”, they become a legitimate target. The target painted on the forehead can be removed only by active repentance.
It is also very important to be guided by sober calculation when choosing a goal and planning, and not by emotions. Hatred of the regime may motivate you to fight, but it can not be a guide to action. If the goal “already infuriates you,” this is the risk of making mistakes in planning and execution. Think ten times or refuse such an action altogether. It is the same with other spiritual impulses. Keep them under control of the mind, stay connected and free, and then the cotton will bloom.
