ON COVERAGE OF THE SPECIAL MILITARY OPERATION OF THE AF OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

ПО ОСВЕЩЕНИЮ СПЕЦИАЛЬНОЙ ВОЕННОЙ ОПЕРАЦИИ ВС РФ
НА ФЕВРАЛЬ 2023 ГОДА
- In news and analytical materials, focus on information from the reports of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation on the progress of the special military operation on the territory of Ukraine, as well as materials published on the following Internet resources:

- The information voiced at briefings by representatives of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation should be disseminated in the media and on Internet platforms (Vkontakte, Odnoklassniki, Rutube, Telegram, etc.) as widely as possible.
- Continue publishing positive materials in the media and on the Internet, including those with comments from public opinion leaders, about Defense Minister General of the Army Sergei Shoigu and the new command of the Joint Group of Troops (Forces):
- Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Valery Gerasimov,
- Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Colonel General Alexei Kim,
- Commander-in-Chief of the Ground Forces, General
- Army Oleg Salyukov.
- The Commander-in-Chief of the Aerospace Forces, General of the Army Sergei Surovikin, should only be mentioned in a neutral way.
- During the coverage of hostilities in the Donetsk direction (Artemovsk (Bakhmut), Soledar, Klescheevka, Podgornoe, Krasnopolye, Blagodatnoye, Nikolaevka, etc.) in media materials and on Internet sites, it is necessary to completely abandon the mention of PMC “Wagner “and its head Yevgeny Prigozhin.
- In all materials on the topic, use the wording “assault squads”, “volunteers of assault squads”, “Russian paratroopers”, “airborne units”, “Russian marines”, “marine infantry units”, “artillery and aviation of the Southern Military District (SMD)” , “Joint grouping of troops (forces) (OGV (s))”, “Russian troops”, “Armed forces of the Russian Federation” and so on.
- Do not quote Yevgeny Prigozhin’s statements regarding the situation in the zone of the Special Military Operation on the territory of Ukraine in the media and on the Internet.
- In media materials and on Internet platforms, ignore the topic of the recruitment of prisoners and their subsequent participation in the Special Military Operation.
6. The coverage of the anniversary of the Special Military Operation should be carried out in accordance with the theses, which will be sent separately by February 17, 2023.
7. Continue tracking and quoting foreign media publications about the successes of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the failures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Pay special attention to statements by Western and Ukrainian politicians that could be interpreted in a similar vein.
Pay special attention to reports about the long delivery times of military equipment by NATO countries and the plight of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
8. Prepare publications on calendar military holidays:
