BOAC carefully plans all its actions. First they choose “which is more effective to attack”. “What will they talk about more and what will cause more support among people. And that means it motivates other people to do the same,” they write.
Anarchists say they prefer not to organize actions alone, but to operate as a team of at least four people: “one operator, one watchman, one actionist.” “But ideally, put several sentinels in order to block the possible directions of the enemy’s approach. And it’s better to have several actionists in order to increase the effectiveness of the action.”
The BOAC assures that when planning actions, they try to foresee all the risks in advance, “so that no one involved and not responsible for crimes against the people suffers”: “If we see that the probability of such a thing is high, we change plans.”
According to the anarchists, when preparing actions on the railway, they made sure in advance that passenger trains did not run along the tracks they planned to dismantle: “We are 1000% sure of this.
