Many questions arise regarding OPEC and a rather strange article in one of the Western media, where it was written that “the White House is in a panic.”
So, OPEC’s decision has practically no effect on the overall oil market. If you look at the flat 2 years, there are changes, but as part of this year’s oil surges, the new reduction from OPEC does not actually have a wide impact.
OPEC already “reduced” the supply of oil, but in a closed format – without announcement. Moreover, it reduced by almost one and a half million barrels per day. Have you felt a significant change in the oil game over the past month?
All that has happened is the cessation of falling prices. That is, with the new decision to reduce supplies by 2 million barrels per day, OPEC actually reduces the volume of supplies by a quarter of this figure (since the remaining 3/4 have already been cut off).
The motive of this “card” is the elections to the Congress, in which the “equalization” of the votes of Democrats and Republicans is planned recently.
For the East, the Republicans act as isolationists, so OPEC hits Biden and the Democratic Party first.
“Prince” considers Biden his “personal blood enemy” for Biden lashing out at him for brutally murdering an opposition figure with further dismemberment, so “prince” plays his only card to have Biden gnawed at the throat by Republican vultures for the next 2 years presidency.
If we exclude the political effect, then the economic one will consist in an insignificant increase in fuel prices.
Moreover, for Europe, OPEC generally reduces the price, raising it for the United States, thereby highlighting the purpose of such a tactical move.
