Rostelecom creates a system with artificial intelligence to search for “illegal content”
Now the department is looking for a developer of the project, which will be called “Oculus”, a competition has been announced for this. The initial development price is 70 million rubles. The results will be summed up on June 30.
Based on the terms of reference, at the output the system should be able to recognize at least 200 thousand images per day with an error of no more than 20%. The neural network will be sharpened to identify “illegal content” on the Internet, which includes materials with signs of extremism, terrorism, incitement to riots, insults to the authorities, propaganda of illegal substances, suicide, and any other content that the authorities consider “undesirable”.
