The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation demanded from March 1 of the year to withdraw identity documents from the personnel fighting in Ukraine, to take measures as soon as possible to evacuate the bodies of the Russian military from Ukraine and to ensure the hidden removal of bodies at night to “points of permanent deployment and their burial in a mass grave with the assignment of a number”, including on the territory of Belarus.

In order to implement a special operation on the territory of Ukraine and counteract the spread of false information about the activities of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Namely, the dissemination of information from the Ukrainian side about the losses of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation through the Telegram channel controlled by the special services of Ukraine, dated February 27, 2022,
1. From March 1, 2022, from the personnel participating in the special operation on the territory of Ukraine, identity documents (certificates, military tickets, tokens) are to be seized.
2. To take measures as soon as possible to evacuate the bodies of the dead servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from the territory of the special operation.
3. To ensure, from March 1, 2022, the hidden removal (at night) of the bodies of the dead military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to the points of permanent deployment and their burial in a mass grave (including in the Republic of Belarus) with the assignment of a number.
4. If it is impossible to carry out the evacuation of bodies from March 1, 2022, TAKE measures to destroy them on the spot.
