This was announced on Twitter on February 17 by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the country, Priti Patel .
“I closed the first level investor visa with immediate effect after our verification of all issued ones. This is just the beginning of our renewed fight against fraud and illegal financing. Our upcoming Fraud Action Plan and Economic Crimes Act will better protect taxpayers,” she wrote.
