The IRGC has released footage of tests of one of the new solid rocket motors being tested in recent years. Iranian sources report that the Raafe rocket engine with a thrust of 68 tons has a controlled thrust vector (which can be seen in the video) and its body is made of composite materials. It is stated that the engine is supposed to be used in new launch vehicles being developed for the Aerospace Forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
