Protests in November 2009
Khamenei’s approved policy of legalizing the killing of protesters led to six months of protests in November 2009 in which hundreds of people were killed, and not a single case has been filed to identify the perpetrators and bring them to justice, based on information gathered from the families of 48 victims across Iran.
The government analyzed this policy and its implementation in dealing with the families of those killed.
