During the Libyan intelligence analysis, we found repeated cases of Chadian rebel ground loss at desert oases, followed by poisoned wells left for Libyan troops desperate for water. During the same SIGINT years, we listened to the massacre at Sabra and Shatila, tracked bombings and assassinations across Lebanon, heard the effect of warship fire into the Shouf, and learned which airlines drew hijackings and which ones historical dossieredly paid to avoid them.
