به گزارش روز پنجشنبه ایرنا، در یادداشت محمدحسین قربانی زواره، پژوهشگر جنگ شناختی که در اختیار ایرنا قرار گرفت، آمدهاست: در روزگاری نهچندان دور، جنگ را با صدای انفجار و صفوف سربازان میشناختند؛ با خاکی که اشغال میشد و پرچمی که بر فراز آن برافراشته میگردید. اما امروز، میدان نبرد تغییر کرده. دیگر نه خاک، نه آسمان، نه دریا بلکه ذهن انسانهاست که به صحنه اصلی درگیری بدل شدهاست.
جنگ شناختی، فراتر از نبردهای سنتی، بهدنبال تسلط بر ادراک، بازآفرینی واقعیت، و تغییر جهانبینی جوامع است. این جنگ، بیصدا و بیمرز، در لابهلای دادهها، در عمق شبکهها، و در تار و پود افکار عمومی جریان دارد. نقشههای شناختی، بهمثابه قلمروهایی برای فتح، در چارچوب جنگ هیبریدی عمل میکنند؛ جایی که حقیقت نه کشف، بلکه طراحی و باز تعریف میشود.
اگر چه عملیات اطلاعاتی سابقهای دیرینه دارد، اما پیشرفتهای فناورانه؛ از هوش مصنوعی گرفته تا مدلهای زبانی پیشرفته و واسطهای عصبی امکان مداخله مستقیم در فرایندهای ذهنی انسان را فراهم کردهاند. اکنون بازیگران اطلاعاتی قادرند با بهرهگیری از الگوریتمهای یادگیری عمیق، تبلیغات محاسباتی و حلقههای بازخورد تقویتی، بر باورها، تصمیمات و حتی احساسات افراد تأثیر بگذارند.
در چنین فضایی، مرز میان واقعیت و بازنمایی دیجیتال روزبهروز کمرنگتر میشود. مخاطب، در مواجهه با سیلی از اطلاعات، دیگر نمیداند کدام تصویر واقعی است و کدام روایت ساختگی. براندازی شناختی دیگر صرفاً به انتشار اطلاعات نادرست محدود نیست؛ بلکه به مداخلهای عمیق در ساختارهای روانشناختی و اجتماعی بدل شده؛ تهدیدی که انسجام فکری جوامع را نشانه گرفتهاست.
این نبرد خاموش، نهادها را تضعیف میکند، حاکمیتها را به چالش میکشد و ماهیت جنگ را دگرگون میسازد. همگرایی علوم مغز، دادهکاوی و فناوریهای محاسباتی، محیط استراتژیک جهانی را بهگونهای بنیادین متحول کردهاست. دشمنان بالقوه، با شناخت دقیق از سازوکارهای ذهنی، میتوانند از طریق دستکاری شناختی، افکار عمومی را منحرف کرده و تصمیمگیریهای راهبردی را تحت تأثیر قرار دهند.
با این حال، واکنش سیاستگذاران در برابر این تهدید نوظهور، کند و پراکنده بودهاست. شاید دلیل آن، نهتنها تازگی پدیده جنگ شناختی، بلکه باقیماندن بخش بزرگی از جامعه جهانی در وضعیتی مداوم از دستکاری شناختی باشد؛ وضعیتی که نگاه و تفکر عمومی را تضعیف کرده و قدرت تشخیص را از شهروندان ربودهاست.
اکنون زمان آن رسیدهاست که بیدار شویم. برای محافظت از ذهن انسان؛ آخرین سنگر آزادی باید راهبردی نوین، چندلایه و هوشمند طراحی شود. باید سواد شناختی و تفکر انتقادی را تقویت کنیم، مقرراتگذاری بر فضای دیجیتال را جدی بگیریم و چارچوبی ملی برای مواجهه موثر با جنگ شناختی تدوین کنیم. زیرا در جهانی که حقیقت قابل برنامهریزی شدهاست، “سکوت”، خطرناکترین پاسخ ممکن میباشد.
