IDF confirms death of three Iranian high-ranking military officers, Iranian media writes about six killed nuclear physicists



Three of Iran’s most senior military commanders were killed in strikes by 200 Israeli Air Force fighter jets on more than 100 targets:
– Chief of General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Mohammad Hossein Baqeri

– Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Hossein Salami
– Commander Hatem al-Anbiya (emergency headquarters) Hatem-Ghulam Ali Rashid
Iran’s Tasnim News Agency, in turn, reports that at least six Iranian nuclear scientists were killed in the Israeli strike.
The agency lists their names, including Fereydoon Abbasi, the former head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran, and Mohammad Mehdi Tehranchi, a professor at the Institute of Laser and Plasma Research and the Department of Physics at Shahid Beheshti University.
