⬜️ Install python 3.11

When installing, click the add to path checkbox, and at the end, disable path limit

⬜️ Run the .bat installer as administrator

The program works exclusively on peer2peer connection. In order for you to be able to get IP you must be in each other’s contacts. (In the default settings of TG if you are in each other’s contacts then it will use peer2peer)

After launching, select your Internet with the arrows (you can look in the task manager, if there are several, then look at which one is active, and select that one)

Next, click the mouse to start scanning and confirm by pressing Enter
