OSINT researcher Richard Vereker continues to record a decline in the use of wheeled armored personnel carriers by the Russians.

In his opinion, this is due to the mud, which is worse on average than in previous years, which makes the use of wheeled vehicles problematic.
He also confirms a decline in the use of the MT-LB by the Russians.
The Russians are trying to replace it with the MT-LBu, a variant previously used to install radars, mobile command posts, communications equipment, etc.
Vereker notes that the fact that the Russians are increasingly using such a useful vehicle as a frontline armored personnel carrier may indicate that things are very bad for them with the standard MT-LB.
