The screen shows a time diagram of the presence of a signal, as well as a spectral analysis of the range.
To enter or exit FPV mode, you need to move the cursor to the Fast scan/FPV inscription and press the control key twice (2), if it is not selected it will turn gray, if selected it will turn green or red.
For all modes, if there are known signals in the band (for example, Wi-Fi access points), it is recommended that during the first scan, select the CALIBRATION item and make two (2) presses of the control key. Calibration will be performed in all bands, the signals will be remembered and will not be processed in the future. To reset the memorization, you need to make two (2) presses of the control key at the RESET point – this will reset the stripes.
To switch to the TinySA Ultra factory mode, move the cursor to the STANDART item and press the control key (wheel) twice. The standard menu is activated (band scanning will stop, the band from 2.4 to 2.6 GHz will be selected). To switch back to the automatic detection mode, turn the device off and on, or press the control key 5 or more times in a row.
Operating procedure
1. Install (screw) the KS5-800/2700 SMA antenna to the RF detector input (lower SMA connector, labeled “RF” on the body). In general, the analyzer can be turned on without the antenna, but without correct detection of any signals.
2. Turn on the analyzer using the power switch on top.
3. After switching on, scanning will be performed on all bands. In the absence of other interfering signals, no additional actions are required; when signals from a UAV (or other signals similar to a UAV) appear, an audio indication and an inscription on the display will be produced, as in Fig. 2.
4. If there is constant information about the presence of UAVs, although it is reliably known that they are not there, then most likely there are interfering signals (for example, the electronic warfare system is on or the mobile phone is on). In order to “remember” them, it is necessary to perform the memorization actions: press the control key two (2) times under the CALIBRATION item (the wheel on top), all bands will be calibrated one by one, and “CALIBRATION” will be written on the screen, then the current signals will be remembered and the notification will be made when only new signals are detected.
5. To switch to the Fast scan/FPV mode, use the control key (wheel) to scroll “right” to the Fast scan/FPV menu and press the control key twice.
6. To increase the operating time, you can turn off the screen by holding the wheel for 2-3 seconds. The detector will continue to work. To turn on the screen, you need to hold the wheel again for 2-3 seconds.
