Sota has obtained an instruction sent to TEC employees: it orders them not to give observers copies of protocols.
In addition, pre-filled reporting forms were sent to employees: they already indicated that there were no complaints about the elections, and copies of the protocols were not given. Under the leadership of the head of the TEC, Elena Romanko, the identities of the observers were also agreed upon.
The documents do not yet contain the result that the commission members will have to “draw” based on the voting results.
