Unlike the “Horizon” fire control radar, which gave the “Tilash” system the ability to engage with 1 target at the same time, thanks to the use of the advanced “Najm 804 version B” radar, this system has the ability to engage with 6 targets at the same time.
The “15 Khordad” defense system is a product of the Aerospace Industries of the Ministry of Defense in cooperation with Iran, which has the ability to engage simultaneously with 6 targets up to a range of 120 km using Sayad-2 and Sayad-3 missiles. In the arrangement, one rocket of this system, 2 launchers of 4 (8 missiles in total), one “Najm-804 B” radar and one generator truck can be seen.
