According to Vedomosti, the Ministry of Internal Affairs wants to order the development of the “Clone” and “Conjuncture” systems based on AI. The department plans to conduct research work (R&D) and prepare datasets for training/testing neural network models in 2024, and in 2025 to develop 2 AI-based systems “Clone” and “Conjuncture”.
“Clone” will make it possible to identify facts of forgery of video images in the interests of law enforcement, “Conjuncture” should predict negative events and emergency situations and model response scenarios to them.
