Spokesperson of the Fuel Dealers Guild:
The issue of disruption in fuel supply is nationwide, but in some places, and in addition to Tehran, it has also occurred in other provinces.
The stoppage of supply has been seen in both gasoline and diesel, all experts are working on the matter and are trying to resolve this problem in the next few hours.

The shortage of gasoline and diesel is not in question and price increase is not on the agenda, this disruption is a technical problem and we ask people if they do not need gasoline, not to go to the supply stations until the problem is completely resolved.
Ravin Academy posted on last year November’s hack:
Currently, it is not possible to supply fuel with a card, and gasoline and diesel will be supplied offline in the next few hours. This means that applicants can receive fuel at a free rate./Tasnim
Oil Minister:
The places that have been disrupted are gradually returning to the circuit manually.
In restarting stations, fueling is done to cars without fuel cards.
The Ministry of Oil announced that the disruption in gas stations has nothing to do with the change in gas prices.
Al Jazeera, citing the Israeli army radio, announced that an Israeli hacker group announced a cyber attack on the fuel supply system in Iran.
