1. Introduction
Today, it is very common to use business process management systems to optimize the processes of an organization. Business process management is a management approach with a focus on aligning all aspects of an organizational service with the needs and demands of the organization’s customers.
In these systems, it is possible to define different processes and users with different roles and access levels. In this regard, considering the extensive service that the Ministry of Science receives from APA centers to improve the security of services, applications and network infrastructure, there is a need to design and implement a system for referral and workflow between the Ministry of Science and APA centers.
The purpose of this project is to design and implement the referral and workflow system of the Ministry of Science and APA centers.
Considering the implementation of the system on the platform of a BPMS engine, we will first examine the advantages of process management systems, and then the service description and the proposed schedule will be presented.
