Based on paragraphs. 2.4. Clause 1 of Article 3 of the Federal Law of January 12, 1995 No. 5-FZ “On Veterans”, I ask you to issue me a certificate of a combat veteran in connection with participation in hostilities in the period from ________________ to ________________ as part of an organization, facilitating the implementation of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during a special military operation in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Lugansk People’s Republic from 02/24/2022, as well as in the territories of the Zaporozhye region and the Kherson region from 09/30/2022.
