The three-access five-story building managed to be completely resettled, the governor of the region Gladkov said. Some of the residents went to relatives, the rest were settled in a hotel.
According to Gladkov, three people were injured. One of the residents of Belgorod was diagnosed with a closed craniocerebral injury, another elderly woman became ill and was taken to the hospital. The third victim refused hospitalization.
