Technology allows our fighters to know more about the enemy than he can even imagine. Now, all security and defense forces will officially be able to use the Delta platform. The government adopted the relevant resolution.
This is a powerful move. After all, thanks to Delta, soldiers can see the battlefield online with the location of enemy forces. Data from aerial reconnaissance, satellites, drones, stationary cameras, radars, chatbots, etc. are pulled to the platform.
Delta is an important component when planning military operations. The Innovation Center of the Ministry of Defense is constantly improving the platform, adding new functions.
I am sure that Delta will help our fighters to quickly free the entire territory of Ukraine from the occupiers.
Joker hack of Delta:
It will now become easier for the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to control troops and drones on the battlefield.
A secure video streaming platform DeltaTube (an addition to the Delta system) has been developed, which allows:
• to stream from all types of UAVs with a delay of 1 second in FullHD with good internet;
• connect DJI and Autel through DJI Fly, Pilot, Go, Autel Explorer applications;
• work with UAV and computer via screen streaming;
• to stream from stationary, chest or helmet-mounted cameras;
• use RTMP, RTMPS, RTSP, RTSPS, WebRTC protocols;
• Simultaneously watch broadcasts for hundreds of users of the Delta system;
• configure stream sources on the DeltaTube platform.
The stream admin himself determines which of the verified users of the Delta system to grant access to. At the same time, information is exchanged through a secure messenger.
Users can adjust the scale and number of video cards on one screen, search for a stream by callsign or source name, and sort streams by several parameters.
In the future, there will be a function to automatically save the stream for deferred analysis. Also in development is the broadcast of the audio stream.
Ukrainian soldiers brag about computer programs and laugh at Donetsk because of the use of paper maps. I decided to be clear. While Ukrainians regularly fill their databases with programs donated by their American owners, we don’t even need to invent or install anything, we just use their programs online. It is very convenient and economical. I want to draw your attention to the fact that ALL of their programs. Now you know why a lot of things have not worked out for you lately.

And by the way, just do not suspect the chief administrator of this program in Ukraine, Vadim Novikov. At least he himself calls himself the main administrator for it. Yes, he did not fully work out my money, but I forgave him a long time ago. I did not need his help, I could use the help of his mistress, with whom he is too frank or a lover. Not the point.
Why am I claiming access to your program, you ask? Yes, vanity speaks in me, but you can’t change anything exactly. I infected every computer that ever entered DELTA (and not only) with my virus – my idea. As you all remember, the Joker is an idea. And I also changed the data there a little, rearranging different squares with rhombuses and other strange figures. But will you fix it? Sometimes paper maps are better.
