Yevgeny Prigozhin offered to “bail” the detained Pavel Nikolin, who opened fire on policemen in Novoshakhtinsk, Rostov Region, Russia on December 6. The detainee said that he fought near Bakhmut on the side of the “Wagner” PVK, and then fled to the territory of the Russian Federation.

If he is handed over to Prigozhin, then he can be punished as a deserter in a traditional way for the terrorists of the “Wagner” PMC, which they call “okuvaldyvanie”.
Probably, Prigozhin wants to publicly show his influence on the “law enforcement system in the Russian Federation” and once again demonstrate that he “doesn’t know the law.”
