China continues to focus on building infrastructure for naval aviation. On satellite images as of May 27 of this year, one can see 16 hangars of a new configuration built at the Tuchengzi airfield in Liaoning province to shelter special aviation aircraft of the Northern Fleet of the PLA Navy. Construction began in 2022.
