FSB and Operator LLC

Agreement

On the implementation of the possibility of access by authorized representatives of the FSB of Russia to information about subscribers of the network of OOO Zashchishchennye Telekommunikatsii (OOO ZTK) and the communication services rendered.

In accordance with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation “On Communications”, “On Operational Investigative Activities”, Federal Law No. 245-FZ of July 29, 2017, as well as the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 27, 2005 No. 538, OOO ZTK provides the Center of the FSB of Russia with the possibility of access to information reference systems (hereinafter: IRS) containing data on subscribers of its network and the communication services rendered to them, upon requests from the Center of the FSB of Russia.

For this purpose, OOO ZTK provides the possibility of obtaining reference information on the ownership of telephone numbers, types of services provided to network subscribers, as well as on the communications of specific subscribers for a certain period of time.

The following employees (hereinafter referred to as representatives) are authorized to provide information on behalf of ZTK LLC:

On the ownership of numbers: (job title, full name, contact phone number) (at least 2 representatives)

A representative of OPERATOR LLC, upon receiving a request from an authorized employee of the FSB Center of Russia, verifies the password according to the table below:

If it is necessary to communicate with an authorized representative of the FSB Center of Russia, the representative of
OOO “OPERATOR” clarifies with the employee of the FSB Center of Russia the contact telephone number, which must match one of the following telephone numbers: 495-974-00-16, 495-929-94-50, 495-624-19-28, 495-628-04-67, 495-933-38-43, 495-956-31-81.

“OPERATOR” undertakes to keep passwords, telephone numbers specified in this agreement, as well as any information requested by employees of the FSB Center of Russia confidential to third parties, otherwise liability shall arise, as regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

OPERATOR LLC undertakes to provide the authorized employee of the FSB Center of Russia quarterly on an electronic medium up-to-date information on the affiliation of subscribers to
OPERATOR LLC. The format for providing data on affiliation is specified in the appendix. According to paragraph 4 of the appendix,
OPERATOR LLC has been assigned the alpha code: _____

          This agreement has been drawn up and signed in 3 copies.

The agreement is valid for 1 year from the date of signing.

Any addition or change to this agreement, including in the part concerning the list of authorized representatives of the operator, is made by concluding a new agreement between OPERATOR LLC and the FSB Center of Russia within 3 days from the moment this need arises.
