https://opencorporates.com – the main tool for work, it can search through the registries of a large number of countries, including offshore companies. Convenient search both by legal entities and by officials, also shows the history of changes in the organizational form of the company
➡️ https://efiling.drcor.mcit.gov.cy/DrcorPublic/SearchForm.aspx?sc=0 – register of the Department of Companies and Intellectual Property of Cyprus. Not very convenient, mainly useful if you need proof in the form of official company registration data
➡️ https://i-cyprus.com – for 50 euros he will make an extract for a Cyprus company. The extract will contain addresses, founders, officers, shareholders and scanned copies of all company documents that are in the register.
➡️ https://search.gleif.org – search by LEI Records (identification code that provides the ability to clearly and uniquely identify legal entities participating in financial transactions). In fact, there will be the same information as in previous registers, even less and not all companies are there. But there is an additional feature: the Headquarters section often shows the real address (and not the offshore one) where the office of the real owner of the company is located (this happens due to the confusing GLEIF certification procedure).
➡️ https://offshoreleaks.icij.org – database of document leaks from offshore companies. There may be data on actual beneficiaries and related parties
➡️ http://cylaw.org – register of court decisions and legal acts of Cyprus. There is a keyword search
➡️ https://www.data.gov.cy – national open data portal of Cyprus. A lot of statistical information about Cyprus and everything that happens there. The search works as clumsily as possible, but sometimes you can find useful information, for example, about the activities of companies, including foreign ones
